Total Library is a product name of, and is operated by, Elowin Labs LLC. References to "Total Library", "we" or "us" mean Elowin Labs LLC doing business as Total Library. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The site computes pages of text from a fixed mathematical function and lets you locate any text within that function's range. It is provided free of charge, without accounts, for curiosity, education and entertainment.
2. Generated text
Every page is produced by arithmetic. No page is written, selected, endorsed or reviewed by us, and no page is a statement of fact, advice, prediction or opinion. Because the library contains every possible combination of its letters, it contains text that may be false, misleading, offensive or unsuitable for some readers. You are responsible for how you use and share anything you find.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to harass or defame anyone, to present generated text as a genuine statement by a real person or organisation, or to interfere with the site's operation (for example by automated requests designed to overload it). Use of the site's code is governed by the licence published with it.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, explanatory text and name belong to Elowin Labs LLC or its licensors. We claim no rights in the pages the function produces; a string of letters generated by arithmetic is not ours, and it is not yours either.
5. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ADDRESS WILL REMAIN STABLE IF THE PUBLISHED CONSTANTS CHANGE IN A FUTURE EDITION.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELOWIN LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. BECAUSE THE SITE IS FREE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
7. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the site, or these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of your place of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
